Internet Banking is a solution for working on-line. To work with it, the customer will need any up-to-date computer, with any operational system, any Web browser and access to the Internet. Internet Banking strictly adheres to the “thin client” concept — no specialized software.
The client component of Internet Banking is realized in the form of an applet downloaded the user’s Web browser. You can work in any Web browser— Internet Explorer, FireFox, Mozilla, Netscape, Opera, and on all platforms — Windows, Linux, Mac OS, Solaris, FreeBSD and others. The SoftUpdate caching mechanism is used to download the Java applet more quickly.
iBank allows the customer to work in the single document space. The payment document may be created in the Internet Banking, edited and signed by the first electronic digital signature in PC Banking, and signed by the electronic digital signature again in the Internet Banking.
An important asset of iBank 2 system is single keys of EBS to work in all modules of the system. Internet Banking has in-built functions of preliminary customers registration and EBS keys generation, keys management and certificates printing. A new pair of EBS client’s keys can be created in the Internet Banking or PC Banking, and then used to work in the Internet Banking and PC Banking.
Internet Banking ensures a guaranteed level of security, contains the EBS mechanism under financial documents. All the data is encrypted using Russian cryptographic algorithms, and control over integrity of transferred data is performed. The system supports the work of any number of employees and EBS keys.
The module has an in-built support of three encryption libraries, certified by RF FSS, ensures legal importance of electronic paper flow, supports certificates of EBS customers open keys.
Internet Banking for corporate customers
Internet Banking for corporate customers, along with PC Banking, has the biggest range of functions among the modules of iBank system. Internet Banking is realized with adherence to all the requirements of the Bank of Russia, and it allows corporate customers to send the following financial documents to the bank:
- Payment order
- Payment requirement
- Collection letter
- Letter of credit
- Notice of refusal to accept
- Cash request
- Register of calculation documents passed for collection
- Application for currency transfer
- Order for currency purchase
- Order for currency sale
- Order for mandatory currency sale
- Order for currency conversion
- Application for import letter of credit opening
- Application for giving out currency in cash
- Certificate of currency operations
Corporate customers may receive the following types of documents from the bank:
- Account statement for any period
- Turnover balance sheet for any period
- Payment requirement set to the customer
Internet Banking provides a possibility of exchanging information messages with attached files between the customers and the bank. All the transferred messages and attached files shall be signed with EBS.
Internet Banking contains the mechanism of recalling the documents sent to the bank earlier. The document to be recalled is selected from the list of documents, signed by the customer and sent to the bank along with the copy of the recalled document and the reason for recall. The bank supports manual and automatic ways of document recall.
Internet Banking contains directories of correspondents and beneficiaries, allowing the customer to create new documents, very quickly if needed. There is a possibility to copy the existing documents into new ones.
Internet Banking for corporate customers has in-built functions of document exchange with the customers’ accounting programs. All types of documents can be exported and imported through file exchange in the text format, 1С-Accountancy is supported.
Internet Banking envisages flexible management of rights of customers and their employees. The necessary number of EBS is adjusted for each customer on each kind of document. Up to 8 groups of EBS are supported.
The iBank 2 system has an in-built function of limits management for the sum of signed document for each EBS. It is possible to manage the number of EBS for each customer and each type of documents, depending on the sum of writing off.
Internet Banking supports complicated individual systems of serving large customers with territorially remote branches. The system is successfully used to organize discretionary management and bank correspondent relations.
The iBank 2 system has an in-built function of sending notices by events and schedule. E-mail, SMS and ICQ can be used to send messages.
The customer independently adjusts mailing conditions in Internet Banking and PC Banking.
Notices may be sent after charging or writing off funds from the customer’s account, using the results of processing the documents sent by the customer before. Statements, currency rates, and other banking information are sent using a schedule.
